1.What exactly is system temp?

and

2.Where do I place my system temp probe to get the most accurate system temp possible

When I use speedfan or something and I stress test or whatever it goes up to 101C but other then that normal use its always stuck at 86C,I need to rely on my temp probes instead of embeded sensor because i think its screwed up even right when starting up in bios 86C

Speedfan told me my system was hotter than the sun a few times. I dont trust it when it comes to system temp.

I placed by probes, behind the motherboard tray, one above my raid config hard drives, and 2 on the back of case and top.

Ive tried CoreTemp and it gives me same at 86C where should I place my system temp probe? at top of the inside of the case?
