You have a DO he has a CO. Quite different in regards to them keeping cool.

Your best bet since you have high ambient temps and a sub par cooler is to try and get the highest overclock you can with the lowest voltage possible. Also ensure you have good case air flow. (refer to my guide for air cooling help)
