What do you mean "now I can't tweak the fan voltage in my bios" -- do you mean that before installing this fan, you were able to do so, or that tweaking the voltage doesn't affect this fan?

My guess would be the latter, assuming you have the fan connected via molex to the power supply. You can either plug the fan into an individual fan controller, modify the molex connector on the fan itself to permanently down-volt it, or connect it to an internal fan controller which could control other fans as well.

Another possibilty is plugging the fan via an adapter directly into the mobo, on a free header, and then controlling it with SpeedFan if it detects the fan.

I would check out the great help / information posts in the Air Cooling forum first.

does it use the 3pin fan connections or the molex connection (direct to power supply)

either way, id recommend buying a fan controller, they're cheap (under $30) and allow you far more versatility than most programs would ever give.
