Full or Mid doesn't really equate to a wider case. I have a mid tower and the Mega fits fine.

Mega, True, or Dark Knight.

Or any decent water cooling setup. It all depends on your tastes. Personally, I think the Dark Knight looks incredibly sexy, and cools fairly well, but the mega is probably the best.
