I could suggest also to check for the one in my sig, I've been able to get my Q9500 up to 3.7 Ghz and the CPU was inside Intel limitation (without any fan attach to it).

But it's an MASSIVE cooler.

coolermaster n520,quite and does a great job.720x3 unlocked 1.475v 3.4.idles at 28,full load 40c.
