If you look at the top of the "Go Advanced " text entry menu, there is a picture of S next to the google "G". If you are not in advanced mode, you can just wrap [*s] [*/S] tags around the text. (Remove the * from the brackets).

I don't wont to complicate my life! I'll stick with my air cooling. This should be enough for me.

Is there any Vcore limit I better not exceed?

Try to find a step by step on overclocking i7 920, if think that would help you alot.
Oh and like another guy said, 4GHz isnt unusual for an i7 920, but remember to start out small and then go higher and higher. Good luck!

Your looking for a 24/7 overclock by the sound of it so when testing under load try not to let your CPU temps exceed 75c-80c and if it is stable after 10 hrs of Prime 95 then you should be good to go.

THIS guide is extremely helpful. Study it and you should have everything you need to hit 4Ghz.

Currently I have 1 fan on my mega as push, Its the cheapest one I found as I didn't found what I was looking for...

This is just until the Noctua NF-P12 will be in stock...
These should perform much better..

Maybe I could go below 0
