Ultra Kaze will cool well but sound like hell and they undervolt terribly. Not much experience with the Sunon...coudn't tell you, but its out of stock anyway.

If your looking for a cheap setup you could go with Yate Loon Mediums x2 in push pull. They should be pretty quiet and provide pretty good static pressure. For more details check out the fan section in my guide (1st link in sig)

Good price too only 7 bucks a piece. Put two of these on there and you will be happy guaranteed.

Yate Loons from anywhere other then Petra's and Aquatuning won't perform as well or sound as good but they are still great fans. The only problem with getting the genuine Yates from Petras is they are out of stock for high and medium Speed Yates right now.

EDIT: Aquatuning has them in stock but they are located in Germany.

However, a review of the medium speed fans linked in my guide will show you that their static pressure is very good even at medium speeds.

The reason i said that was because they will both draw about 3-4 watts of power each and i have always heard that it is best not to draw more than 1 watt from a mobo fan header.

Kevin it's actually 1A from the fan header that is suggested. 1A = 12w but you were on the right track

I would suggest a fan controller for most fans that run over 65CFM but I wouldn't recommend ultra kazes for anyone unless they were running them full tilt and didn't mind noise due to their loudness and poor undervolting.

Panaflo Ultra-Hi speed $17. Over your budget but not by much. Great fan as well... but it will be loud! Much better than the Kaze though for noise (can be quieted nicely with a fan controller, unlike the Kaze which will make clicking sounds when lowered) and performance.
