Yes.

Performance

Megahalems =~> Lapped IFX-14 > Lapped TRUE > Unlapped TRUE (If base isn't one of the extremely terrible ones) > Mugen 2 > DK

Between the lapped IFX-14 and Meghalems, the difference is minimal. 1-2 degrees at best.

The difference between the Mugen 2 and DK is small too, but the Mugen 2 is more suited for higher heat loads given it's much larger surface area and greater number of heatpipes.

Why not jut not put the 295s on water? or get another rad for em. It seems you just dont have enough heat disipation

Agreed... could you put up some pics of your system so we can see what you are working with? A bigger radiator (or an additional radiator) would undoubtedly help, but I think he said he has space constraints in his case.

All this. Note that the IFX-14 works better with low-RPM/pressure fans, and the Megahalems is better with higher-RPM/pressure fans.
