Yes, that is an insanely expensive. ~$1000 for the GPUs when they were purchased, and an entire $999 on the CPU ~_~ . Funny, in his first thread asking what to get (GPU wise), everyone was telling him "YOU SPENT THAT MUCH ON THAT THING? YOU SHOULD'VE GOTTEN A 920 D0 AND SAVED $700 >_<", including myself. Even IRL (we're IRL friends) I always give him crap for that XD.

I mean, if the money's there, the GTX 295s I can get through my thought process. But not the CPU... there was just no reason

Just picked up two san ace 9g121h101 fans from newark

Yes, if you'd read through this section you'd see it as a warning, several times, that the H101 from Newark comes with bare leads. I don't think Sanyo Denki sells any 9G series fans with PWM, either.
