Default Purifying IPA

CVS has some 91% concentrated IPA. At least I'm hoping they do in stock at the local one. I was thinking about doing the typical alcohol and water separation method, but it seems that IPA can ignite at 100F, ironic right? So, is 91% good enough to clean my CPU and TRUE, or should I try to purify it, or check the local Walgreens for some higher stuff? Someone in another thread said that ArtiClean leaves some residue, so I didn't pick it up.

you can buy 99% pure isopropyl alcohol. It would save any hassle and uncertainty with purifying. 91% should also be fine, you can always wipe off residue with deionized water, just don't let it evaporate off.

So just wipe with the 91% and dry with a coffee filter, and I should be ready to mount my TRUE? Only thing is that I won it and it came lapped, but there's a scratch on the base of it. I don't think it will degrade the performance to the point of being less effective than the stock HSF.
