up your volts, my e4300 runs at 3.3ghz on 1.48, vdroops to ~1.46

i use true and it's been fine for 3 years and counting.

I've used the Hyper 212 and at 1.48vcore E8400 - max temp was 56C.

But out of that list, I would say get the TRUE or a Mega ( and jump on the train )
