From that list I'd suggest the True, but I use Prolimatech's Megahalems and it's the best.

....I would say the Mugen 2....out of the list. From the list...the True, but given the money you would spend on that, i think the Mugen should be an option.

A Megahalem would be the Ace, but you would spend a lot of money for "that" cpu and I don't think its worth it. -no offense.
However, if you had plans on getting a 1366 in the future, then its an investment....to an extent.

Out of the ones you give us, the TRUE is the best. However, with the overclock you have in mind, it's really not that intense. You can get away with a Xigmatek S-1283 if you wanted to.

Looking at your sigrig, I'd definitely say it's your RAM. Corsairs aren't too great at overclocking, unfortunately.

However, performance-wise, it depends on what you do with your computer if you should upgrade or not. If you game a lot and play hardware intensive games like GTA IV, or if you do lots of CPU-intensive tasks, then definitely upgrade. However, if you play games like TF2/CS/WoW or if you just do light work, then your system is fine the way it is.
