Alrite so Im planning on putting a megahalem for cooling on my pc and am curious if there are certain cases/sizes ill have to uses. I want to make sure I got plenty of room. Suggestions? Also is a megahalem neccisary if i plan on leaving everything at stock settings. I dont plan on overclockin as of now





note: ill be running Q9650, ga-ep45-ud3p, and a gtx 275. if you needed to know. thx.

most midtower case it will fit in. Have you looked at any that your interested already? Whats your budget?

I ws getting ready to start looking but I first wnated a idea of size and what not. budget= none really Obviously if I can get awaqy without speding a ton of money that would be great. but really just looking for a simple case. no lighting or anything crazy. something good for cooling and that my stuff will fit in. any ideas?

It probably will fit in the Centurion, you it looks like you're going to have it in an Up-Down orientation instead of Left-Right because the PSU will be in the way.

Most cases I've seen with the Megahalems oriented in Left-Right are fulltower cases such as the CM HAF 932. Even in my own case, the CM Storm Scout, I had to go with a Xigmatek Dark Knight instead of the TRUE or Megahalems because those heatsinks cannot be oriented in left-right due to the top exhaust fan.

Cases to look would be Antec 300, 900 or 1200, CM 690, HaF 932 or 922, CM Storm Sniper or Scout, NXZT Tempest. Now if want a real highend case look at Lian Li cases or Siverstone case. Cant help with the gtx 275 card fitting someone else will have to help you with that.
