Default Best CPU cooler for the Core i5!
I have the AC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 now. It's ok. I want something way better and that is 120mm fan. I want to be sure I can fit it in my Antec 902 case.

I want to keep this within a budget of like $80! Thanks!

I'm not sure if a Prolimatech Megahalem (or Megashadow) would fit in a 902, but if it will, it's the best.
Hopefully someone can help with that.

There's also the Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120 (TRUE), but for that to perform as well as the Megahalem, it needs to be lapped and pressure-modded.

Also, I know people have been waiting for the 1156 bracket for the Mega. I'm not quite sure if it's out yet.

I'm not sure the Prolimatech Megahalem (or Megashadow) will fit either.

I like Prolimatech Megahalem too. I'll see what others have to say regarding the i5.

I'll have to wait it out I guess. I just want a heatsink that will work and fit in my case.

I don't want to buy something knowing it won't fit.

Apparently the Mega Rev. B comes with an 1156 bracket. How much room do you have from the top of the processor to the side panel?

On order to move Megahalem from the wife's old x38 board to new p55 motherboard. Shipping cost me 8 bucks and it should be here Friday.

In the Prolimatech club there is someone that has a SILVERSTONE TJ09-B case and that case is .3" skinnier then yours so you shouldn't have an issue.

1x38mm or 2x25mm IMO.
