Tuck all the unused cables beneath the hard drives if you have space. Pass the cables behind the motherboard (make holes if you need to).

Heh. Um, take everything out and put them all back in?

One thing as nolonger suggests is to look for ways to route cables behind the mobo tray or along the side of the case, etc. Also get some twist-ties and tie together the cables that are not needed to be used from the PSU. Stick those somewhere unobtrusive. Then try to sensibly route other cables so they don't block the movement of air through the case.

There is tons of Antec 900 cable management mods out there. Generally speaking, your gonna need to put those cables behind the mobo tray.
If you have Rev 2 of the case you can do a pretty decent job without modding it.

You do not want to see my case...

I'm a hypocrite, I know.

Hmm. How do I tell which version of the case I have? There's some holes in the case, the main issue I have is that the 12 volt rail just barely fits as is and the same with the mobo connector.

You might want to think about selling that case and buying a different one. I have seen people get absolutely astounding cable management results with the Cooler Master CM690 as well as the Antec 902.
