Well I have 4 yate loons, and 1 scythe kaze 3000. I have 3 yates and the kaze plugged into my controller. The yates are all high speed yates. can I plug the 4th into the mobo? Or would it be too strong?

Did some searching seems like .4-.5 amps is max for most if its under that you are fine. Max wattage is around 20-25 for all headers or around 5-10W per header.

You should be fine, I used to have some high speed yates on my old radiator that I had plugged into my mobo.

this is rather random, but, sometimes it does help if you have a dell mobo..
they've got those deltas and NMB's which are at 1.0A, 2.5A, and they run right up to full speed on the mobo header.
