Default Good but quiet HSF for Socket A?

I have a XP-M 2600 that I plan to overclock and I need a good heatsink and fan that can tackle that job. I also tend to leave my computer on during the night for light video rendering so it'll be great if the fan isn't too loud. I currently have one that claims it's 24 dB and I think that it's pretty loud (maybe I've got sensitve ears or it's incorrectly labeled as 24 dB). Any good suggestions?

I see that some fans are spec'd with sone instead of dB. Looked around to see what that would be in dB and couldn't find anything. Saw an Arctic Cooling Copper Lite on Newegg that is rated as 1.0 sone. Has anyone tried that? Loud?

Any suggestions will be greatly helpful! Thanks!

You want to get a fan speed comtrol that way you can control the fan when you don't have a overclock. Also you may look into a XP90 heatsink

I would look at more reviews on that one. I know the XP90 will cool his cpu with a nice OC, but not sure about that one, but I could be wrong. I know my XP90 cools very well, but I also have a delta fan that I can comtrol
