I was thinking about picking up about 6 of these because of their stats.
Are their any satisfied owners out there that can vouch for these?
I have heard that they dont really only have 19 dBA but even if it hits 30 im happy.

Not the best sink fans, you should get a 38mm one. They're not 19db, they're higher but very quiet. I have my HAF fans replaced by them and love them

I have heard that they dont really only have 19 dBA but even if it hits 30 im happy.
I have the blue LED version. Due to the fan blade design, these things do indeed get as quiet as 19 dB when at the minimum speed, but even at their maximum speed, they are surprisingly quiet. And due to the fan blade design again, the sound that they make is not an annoying sound like some fans.

Here's Cooler Master's page which I think shows the actual specifications. These are the specifications on the box too: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...roduct_id=2915

My only complaint is that they're not very bright. It's kinda like when you're using black light: you see the light, but nothing is lit up. I suppose it's a neat effect.

Anyway, these are certainly really decent fans, even for high-end CPU heatsinks (when I feel the static/air pressure, it feels like it would be a good heatsink fan). I actually have this fan on my Tuniq Tower which is pretty superior to these R4 fans. However, even though it is superior, the R4 fans are very similar to this fan thanks to the fan blade design. They're similar in sound too. Notice that the fan I have on my Tuniq Tower has a pretty high static pressure. Yeah, the static pressure of these R4 fans reminded me of it. These fans are serious.

If it weren't for the R4's lighting style that I personally don't like, then I would be giving this fan an enthusiastic 5 stars.

Newegg used to sell them. I can't even find it on Cooler Master's website - not even the Global site. I am almost convinced that they're discontinued, but yet FrozenCPU keeps them well stocked. So does SVC. I'd e-mail Cooler Master about it, but they don't reply to me.

But you're right: one day I made a thread asking overclock for the best possible blue LED fan that money can buy for my Tuniq Tower. That Cooler Master fan at FrozenCPU was the answer, and so I bought it. It is certainly one really freakin' awesome fan. It's much quieter, much more powerful, it comes with a controller and an adapter for the expansion slot just in case I'm using the 3.5" bay. Not only that, but it has blue LEDs that aren't too bright but aren't too dim. My favorite part is that the brightness of the LEDs does not depend on the speed of the fan. That was one of my requirements too, and it was certainly met.

But yeah, I don't think I could be happier with this fan if I tried. I really love it.

By the way, here's the same fan for $9.99 instead of $19.99. SVC is a great store, and they're having a big sale on many products right now.
