I have a i7 on the way along with a megahalem and two 110cfm fans I'll put on a controller (push/pull). My question is that if I crank them up to max power (after long gaming, overclocking or it's just hot in the room), will hot air build up in my case due to the rear 140mm exhaust fan being only 60cfm? Or will the air just get forced out anyways? Or should I turn it the other way and have it blow air upwards? Maybe have the top fans push up?
__________________Also I'm keeping my gtx280 from my watercooled computer and bought the arctic cooling heatsink (the card was purchased with the water block on it so I have no stock cooler to put on) All the fans on it seem to just push air through the fins towards the card. Is the air supposed to just go into the case or should I set up a rear exhaust fan? I do have the 230mm side panel fan (HAF 932 case) that will be blowing on it but will that be enough? I made a picture to help. The purple is what I'm worried will happen. The orange fans are ones I'm thinking of putting in, but not sure if they will be beneficial or just overkill. ![]() My previous 3 builds were all 100% water cooled so I'm still learning about air. The parts are already on the way, so please don't say stuff like "you should have bought ____ and did ____." Help me worth with what I have.

IMHO the top fans should be exhausts and the extra intake fans in front wouldnt hurt.
Why not water cooled this time around?

Check out my guide 1st link in sig. There is a section on air flow that has a picture setup to show what your air flow should look like. Lots of other great information in regards to air cooling that could help you on your build as well.
More specifically to answer your question go with both orange, change your top to exhaust and leave your CPU heatsink orientation how it is and your GPU aftermarket cooler is doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing and with that amount of air flow you got you wont have to worry about hot air being trapped in the case. Your looking great from there. EDIT: Decided to add the image:

I got sick of the maintenance mainly. My gtx280 has had a bunch of problems which drove me away. Every time someone said "try it in a different computer" or "try it in a different pci slot" it meant draining, filling, and bleeding the system again and again. I also never overclocked high enough to actually NEED the cooling power of liquid over air.

Switch those top fans for exhaust and I would add the extra fan at the bottom. It should help lower your GPU temps a little bit. As for the front drive bay fan idk how it will effect temps. It might help with bringing cooler air to the CPU cooler, instead of the hotter air rising from the GPU.
