I will have to suggest stepping for the CPU and also the voltage. These are extremely important factors your missing. Another factor that is impossible to guesstimate is if the actual air flow in their case is sufficient enough to maintain cool airflow across the Mega (although most everyone here should have enough). You can give ambient all day but if they aren't getting that ambient into their case efficiently the temps will raise significantly before it reaches the Mega.

I believe that stepping should be included in "CPU" but that should be up to users to remember to post.
Other wise, I do not want too many variables (they gives me headache LOL)
