I put another fan on my mugen-2 with paper clips in a push/pull setup and I haven't seen even a 1 C drop. Why is this?

Air is escaping on the sides, or one fan is still doing more work than the other.

It should have at least made a bit of difference... Perhaps you might need to try a fan with more pressure... In certain cases, when the fan you are using is already a ultra high speed fan with abundant amount of static pressure, it DOES sorta make PUSH/PULL overkill, but to see nae difference is pretty odd.

push/pull setup generally needs to be on the same airflow pattern. If you got one fan that pulls more air then the opposite fan pushes, you're restricting airflow. I recommend you buy another SLFEX fan. should increase performance.

To see any gain you should be using 2 of the same fans and for better static pressure use 120x38mm fans. Two mismatched fans will fight each other and may lose any possible gain.

I can tell you one thing: the Mugen does noet benefit a lot from push-pull like the TRUE does. The fin density is so small.

question, Is it possible to mount four fans on the Mugen 2? I am just basing off from seeing the fan mounting pic on the Mugen 2.

Try offsetting the fans to compensate for the dead space in the middle.
