ok I just need to reconfirm just incase there is a special mod...I pretty much know that the answer is no
so is there a way I can have an AC fan that requires 115volts / PSU only has 12volts yes / some guys is selling some 120mm fans but they are AC "san ace"

EDIT: misread. That's a bit complex to solve in a simple manner, but I suppose you could try something like this, and doing some clever things with the wiring. It's the closest shot, but there's no good way to approach this.

err, just run a cable from your pc's inside to a power socket?
it's ugly i know but you're getting good airflow with that.
