WaterCooler

I'm looking for a 120x25 fan that pushes around 75cfm, and is under 25db. (If its black with no LED's then its heaven). I'm using this with a swiftech 2x120 radiator but I thought i should post it in the air cooling because its the "air cooling" aspect of water cooling. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks all.

75CFM and under 25dBA is impossible, sorry. However the Zalman ZM-F3 pushes about 76CFM and comes with resistor wires to undervolt it manually, so you can silence it when desired, or run it full speed and push as much air as you can out of it.

Although not precisely your desired specs:
Here is one that might serve your purposes. These are also decent contenders.

Well, this says it's under 24dBA, and pushes 72CFM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233009
Keep in mind that it has a sleeve bearing, so it will probably get louder with age.

These Noiseblocker fans are the closest specs I've seen, but they come pretty close though. 73 CFM and 27dB.

I agree with chimp, that much cfm with that little dBA is not possible. I also agree with chimp on the ZMF3, i ordered two and one was defective but the non defective fan impressed me for the price.
__________________On a fan controller you can turn it down with no noise at all, no ticking or anything and at full speed i can barely hear it over my antec tri-cools which are on low. Its not an annoying fan either, it sounds like a whoosh of air instead of a humming motor noise that other fans make. Just make sure you dont buy them from performancepcs, they were complete pricks about refunding me for my fan and wanted me to box it up and pay to ship it back just so they can decide for themselves if it was defective or not, in which case i would again have to pay shipping to return my loud defective fan....... yeah i raged and they lost a customer over a $10 fan. morons.

Yeah, like the people above mentioned, no fans can push that much air at such a low volume, although many of the SilenceX fan specs may lead you to believe that. Silverstone fans are pretty nice, although a bit expensive. My best advice to get the specs you want would be to get a fan with a high CFM, and use a fan controller to tone it down when you're not doing anything intensive.

Slipstreams are horrible heatsink fans. They make great case fans due to high CFM.

They're also only good as unrestricted case fans, like Silverstones.
