My system temps are (according to speedfan) : 67 GPU, 44 system , 60 cpu , 30 hd, 47 aux (all in C)

So i was wondering , in the OP second "right" picture it shows 2 fans that blow air out of the case and no fan that blows air in.

My case setup is like this.

I have 3 spots(+1 ps fan) for 120mm fans that blow air out of the case and 1 spot for a fan that blows air in the case (its at the bottem at the front of the case).

Currently there are 2 fans at the top at the back that blow air out , the PS one and a 120MM one below it a bit.

On the front of my case theres a fan thats blowing air into the case, now i have 2 spots left on the side (one about same height as the cpu and one about same height as the motherboard) of my case where i can install fans that will blow air out of the case.

Is it worth installing these 2 extra out blowing fans? or is it overkill? Will it possibly even kill the one fan thats blowing air into the case because its being "sucked on" by 3-4 out blowing fans?

If you think my system is to hot , how shoud i fix it , if needed i will get 2 more 120mm fans and a better cpu cooler than the basic intel one(a zalman one instead?)

I haven't gotten all my fans and heat-sink in yet. Would six 90cfm fans add up to over 100cfm in a highly ventilated mid tower case?

NIce guide, 1 question, though:

Are the software and hardware recommendations still relevant, or are some newer ones not mentioned, and worthy of being added?

I ask because I wouldn't mind getting a fan controller unit, and up-to-date info would be handy.

TIA.

The Motherboard monitor software has been history for a long time now.

All the recommended controlers seem to be discontinued....
The hardware, there are other great controlers out there like the Sunbeam Rheobus of which I've used 2. It's available in 4 or 6 fan configs.

I don't get it, negative pressure would lower your temps and WON'T build more dust? Can someone explain it more to me? All along, I thought it was the positive pressure that lowers temps more and WON'T build more dust?

There are several theories that many people have. I have yet to see actual figures on which is necessarily better. Both theories are explained in my guide that is in the sticky area now (thanks mods!) or you can get to it via my first link in my sig.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both.

I will probably email the Air Cooling mod again but anyone against me merging this guide and my own? I believe this is getting very dated and I could work it in easily.
