Default 43C to hot?

i have my xp3000+ oc'd 180x13 and the cpu voltage at 1.70 and it gets to about 43c when playing games like ut2004 and doomIII .. is this ok? or to hot? ...
i do have a nice vantec cpu cooler on it

No, that's fine, just keep it under 50-55c under load and you should be fine.
