Arrow bios update method......urgent
hey guys i found a bios version for my mobo which supports good overclocking options.i downloaded it but donno how to update my bios.plz give me the complete procedure to update.currently i have version 5...i want it to be changed to 3.0!.dont get surprised coz to overclock its the best bios for my mobo..this is suggested by my friend in overclock.net.
