I am getting 1066 memory @ 5.5.5.15 2T Crucial Ballistix and 2.415 overclock on my phenom but Im still working on it and I am still learning

I guess the answer to your question would be that Its new. the bios (801) is about 2 months old. Its a stable board but I would buy a 6400 Processor now with 800 mhz memory and you would be kickin @#$. The Phenom is nice but they are still new and there is gonna be an octacore coming out in Aug. that will fit that AM2+

No proc. yet. I decided to wait and see what the Phenom FX's stock clocks ar like.

It seems to be a pretty decent board from what I've read.... just get a 5000 Black Edition to run on it for now.... and pick up a Phenom when the better ones come out.

I have that board with a 5000 BE. Its perfect for the price but it lacks Northbridge voltage controls in the current initial bios (301). I have had problems OC'ing to 3.2 and getting it stable as the temps get high (over 56 degree and up). The newer bios updates are beta releases and do not have these options. To access more RAM options press F4. It's a new board so Asus has to get the bios sorted otherwise for that price its a nice board. Comparable to the Biostar 770.
