Hi my comp one day i turned on my comp and it decided to change the cpu multiplyer and i changed it back and booted fine... then later that day i turn it on again and the bios screen logo has dots and looks all blocky? so i go into the bios and all the words are all scrambled up? So i boot on to windows to update to the latest bios to see if it will fix it ( this is the 2nd time this has happoned) and flashed it and still nothing. then i download the whole bios again and still the same thing (flashed it before i did that) then the same thing so i try to update it to a later bios and now it says i need a Asus board (which btw i have a M2N-SLI Deluxe) and now im stuck....also i noticed that my gpu is underclocked to about 400mhz shader 1300mhz. I am stuck so far ill get pics up in a sec.

i had this with a asus a8n-sli + a 6800gt , i thought it was the mother board but turned out the be the graphics card, do you have another graphics card you can try? i may well be wrong,

also tryed resetting the cmos?

if niether of those work, then im pretty certain you have corupted your bios recentlly happened to me :O with an old athlox xp system with an msi board ( phoenix bios ) its a 2800+ but the board see it as a 1500+ nothing i can do to change it, bios is currupted

Yah i have tryed reseting the comos but nothing happons. I dont have another card laying around but i did reinstall the drivers and reseted the card but still notheing...

i had the same things, my blocks were pinks n like BIg dead pixels on the screen, i really recomend you try another GFX card, when you changed voltages maybe a spike blew the gfx card

hmm i dought it my card wasnt volt moded or anything and its done this to me before but i fixed it with a bios update

my 2 month old 6800gt wasnt volt modded or overclocked at the time, one time i just oc';ed cpu restarted pc and my screens all blocky mainly blues gren pinks, cud still kinda see the desktop to

shame your not in the uk id offer to send u a card to try :S
