Default M2N32 - "Bios Flash" System hangs at Windows Logo

Flashed my BIOS to version 2001 from the factory 700 something, and now windows won't start.
I get to the windows logo and i see the loading bar move a little before everything stops, it's the same in safe mode. Since The BIOS flash was obviously successful is there something new in this BIOS that can screw up the windows load?

Try doing a repair with your windows disc, that usually fixes problems with booting windows.
