Default Emachines oem board

I have an emachines system(t3616) that features a slightly modified fox conn motherboard. MCP61PM2MA-8EKRS2H

The stock emachines bios options are severely limited, but when I flash it with the oem bios, it acts funny. On every boot it flashes the 'verifying DMI pool data......... update success' message at me, the cpu fan runs at full speed, and the power led lights up for a second and then goes off. Other than that though, everything works fine.

Anyone know whether or not it is possible for me to open up some overclocking options without having the motherboard upset with me?

I have attached a bios editor as well as the default emachines bios and the latest bios from foxconn,

thanks

I can oc it if I flash it with the bios from the foxconn website, but it starts acting funny. I will leave it with the foxconn bios if I can't figure out how to fix it, but it'd be nice if it would work the same way the stock bios did.
