Ok,first I know I am a n00b, but I have read everything I can about overclocking. I am ready to try it out for the first time on my own computer. However, I can not even start to set the BIOS as my system will not let me. Ever time I get to the BIOS screen, all of the speeds and other settings are grayed out. I have an ASUS NODUSM3 mother board, BIOS=Phoenix Technologies, LTD 5.07, and 2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core.
If someone could please help, I would appreciate it very much. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sounds like you have the auto AI clocker turned on. There should be a way to turn it to manual in the BIOS.
BTW, welcome to OCN friend.

Do you have a extreme tweaker tab in the BIOS?

Aah, that changes things my friend. I honestly think your out of luck, I was under the impression that it was a ASUS non-oem board we we're talking about. I've never seen a OEM HP that supported overclocking or voltage changes.
Maybe someone else knows something I don't, I cannot help sorry bro.

what about software to change settings in BIOS. Iam in Hartselle, AL and I would have to go to Huntsille to buy quality motherboards and parts (unless I order them online and wait 100 days to get them). LOL
