Default No Floppy Drive Msg

I recently had to clear my mobo by moving the jumper near the battery because I was unable to get any output to my monitor after overclocking. Now, every time I turn on my comp I get a message that there is no floppy drive connected (which there isn't) and I need to click F1 to continue. It's not a big deal just a bit of an inconvenience to click it everytime. After i click to continue I notice it takes a bit longer to post than before. Anyone know how to get rid of this msg?
Also, does anyone know how to dissable the logon screen for windows xp? Annoying having to click enter every time windows loads.
Thanks.

Go into BIOS and disable the floppy drive.

Go into User Accounts and remove PW.

Thanks DuckieHo. I disabled the drive in BIOS which worked. As for the logon box I ended up finding that you need to type 'control userpasswords2' in run.
