New to Overclock.net

Hi guys, I am about to flash my the newer bios on my Foxcoon C51XEM2AA board. However, when I go to the support site for the board, they have a lot of them out, so I am not sure if I need to flash every single one of them or only the most recent one. I am running vista 64 so I have to use the USB method to flash, here is the link to the new bios, experts please take a look for me, I am so noob, thanks!!

BIOS updates are cumulative.

Going Broke Overclocking

I tend to avoid the newest version.
Only upgrade to a published issue that effects you system it one so exhists. Flashing back can be a pain for some MBs. So its best to only flash if needed.
