If you're using that Vista x64 probably not. I've had a mess up a couple times. Not unbootable but bios setting wouldn't work till I reflashed it in XP. If you happen to dual boot I've never had any problems flashing in the bios XP.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Win XP Pro (32bit). After updating my bios with FoxUpdate my system will not reboot. I have the exact same symptoms as above. No video. I currently have a ticket open with Foxconn and they're helping me. Unfortunately, they are not working on the weekend, when I could spend much more time on this. My board does make a long beep at post when ONLY the mobo+CPU+hsf+psu+speaker/buzzer are connected out of the case (as directed). Based on my research of AMI bios one long beep means it passes post. Now when I add one stick of memory, as directed by Foxconn, I no longer get any beeps (again). My RAM works in my other PC, so the sticks are good. I tried them in every dimm socket single stick and dual. No post. I'm waiting until Monday and Foxconn gets back to me before I RMA this thing. Any ideas?
System: Phenom II-940, Antec Quattro 850w psu, Kingston hyperx 1066 ddr2 (also tried kingston valueram 800 ddr2) |

btw, Foxconn did officially send me a .jpg of the proper CMOS jumper config. since the manual is printed backwards. The two pins closest to the SB heatsink are the normal operating pins and to clear CMOS move the jumper to the side nearest the SATA connectors. It didn't really matter as this didn't help either. Just wanted to let others know in case they needed that info.
