A little late on this, but official release by ASUS site. Looks like there is more stability.

Yes there is def better stability than the beta that came out. My USB ports didn't work and my higher clocks didn't work. With he Official bios things are much smoother and flying higher than before.

so 703 enables ACC on PII. I thought ACC was already enabled on chip.
__________________Any one mess with it and get better results ? I seem to either get same, but havent had too much time to tinker with it.
