Default BIOS Flash to upgrade to Phenom 2 940

Alright, hopefully someone here can help me. I downloaded bios 1502 from Asus website into a USB stick. Got the file as 1502.ROM. Went into bios and load defaults. Reboot, went into bios and selected the usb stick drive. Then it says, "Unable to load drive or directory". I've tried all my other usb and nothing works. I'm doing this to upgrade to Phenom 2 940. Any suggestions?

Well I tried burning the file to the CD. Went into Bios Flash Utility and the CD drive D doesn't show up. How do all you people do a bios flash?

If you have already extracted the file, I say this because sometimes they are zipped then all you need to do is rename the file from a .ROM to a .BIN

For example 1502.BIN

Give this a try and let me know how it works for you.

Good Luck,
