Default Corrupt BIOS unzip..

Well, as directed by Mr.Mumbles I'm trying to flash my BIOS. I DL'd the last BIOS on this page. And I looked at some directions and it said to unzip it and put it on a floppy.. Well when I unzip it every time it says the file is corrupted =\
I have tried deleting it and re-dling it but no luck.. What should I do?
Another question.. Is there a better BIOS out there for my board/system?

Try the attached copy of the 623-3 BIOS. I've used several times without any problems.
I've found that its trial & error with DFI BIOS's. Because you have TCCD memory, you need to use the xxx-3 versions.

Try downloading the 6/23 BIOS off of Techpowerup.

So, this is for a floppy right?

Yes, copy the bin file to a bootable floppy. Also, copy the awdflash.exe (attached) to the floppy as well.
Then boot of the floppy, and at the a: prompt, type awdflash 623-3.bin then follow the on-screen instructions.

Is the floppy bootable? It doesn't sound like it...I'd make one through the dfi app, then copy awdflash and 623-3.bin...

Well, I did this stuff and I get a screen for the award bios flash, it has

File Name to Program:623.3.bin
Save current BIOS: (I named it plain old 'stock')
Then it says backing up bios.. but it fails because theres not enough room on the floppy.. and it asks me to press the anykey.. then goes back to the A:\> prompt =(
