Are you trying to change the speed, or timings?

On AMD systems, the max your RAM can go is 1066 as its base clock. It can be pushed higher, by a higher HT Clock (default 200mhz) & higher RAM divider.

But the Memory Controller on your CPU only recognizes base speeds of 400mhz/533mhz/667mhz/800mhz/&1066mhz.

I would think you forgot the 800 setting there!

Those are base speed settings, not timings. Cas, Ras, Tras, etc are timings.

The 400, 533, 667, 800, 1066 are used as a reference point when OCing.
As said, the actual RAM speed will change if you adjust the CPU's bus speed. Dependent on the base speed setting, the RAM will increase at the same speed as the CPU if the RAM is set to a default = to the CPU's bus speed. By setting to a lower default, the RAM will only increase at the = % or the reduced speed setting (or divider)
A basic: RAM at DDR2 667 or 166MHz wit the CPU at default 200MHz. THe RAM is running at about 83% of the CPU bus speed. When you increase the CPU speed the RAM will only increase @ about 83% of the CPU increase.

I believe your using the CPU bus increase OC method unless you CPU is unlocked and you may be using the increased multiplier... but I don't think yours is unlocked.
So, your DDR2 800 RAM will likely need either...
1. More voltage (keep the max voltage safe)
2. 1 and reduce the default speed from 800 to 667 for more RAM overclock head room.

.... you can set the memory speed by using a combination of memory divider selection and reference clock adjustment....
