Default Bios Differences

This might have been covered before but I'm kinda confused.
I have a gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UDP4 and at gigabytes website their latest bios is F4g, with the F4 having been released the day before. Which version would I be better off using The F4g, the F4, or I also see people in other threads talking about the F5. Any Insight you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't been able to do so yet, but then again I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. That's one reason I wanted to switch to the different bios. I wanted to use something that someone has successfully done it with.
