It should be a self-extracting file. It should extract the files..
The link I sent to you should state this. Extract the file, then copy the files it copies to the USB drive, then reboot and use the flash utility. Please read the link I provided you. You do not need to convert an exe to ISO, as I don't even think that's possible. Extract the files and copy them to the drive. Just read the link I sent to you and download the .PDF and it will tell you exactly what to do.

Thanks, but it talks about flashing with a floppy. I don't see an option for USB?

I don't know how else to help you.
I've stated directly what to do, as well as given you the direct PDF file of flashing the BIOS for your board via Gigabytes site. I've stated that the .exe file is self-extracting, and you need to copy the files it extracts to your USB drive, then reboot into your BIOS and use the @Flash Utility. I don't know what else to tell you, besides try searching on the Gigabyte site for any more information. If your board does not allow USB flashing, then when going into the Flash Utility, you will not be able to do anything. At least try it because I don't know what else to tell you.

Yea, I know. I followed it to the T, until it stopped talking about USB. I'm stuck with "0 files found" in Q-flash...lol

Format it as a FAT32 drive, then copy the files directly to the drive. Not inside of a folder, but just the files. For example:
J:USB Drive\BIOS.BIN
