found it, but there are only 2 pins on the "clear cmos" spot and it's also next to the battery...there is no "jumper" for it... OMG!@

Should I use one of the front panel connectors instead?

I don't know what you mean by using your FP.

I guess you could plug in one of them to act like a jumper which should work just fine, just don't boot it up with it plugged in there.

I would just remove the battery since that clears it as well.

You can clear the CMOS by using a screwdriver to the two CLR_CMOS pins for a few seconds by touching both of them.

I should have been more clear...it's hanging at the part "Verifying DMI Pool Data". I'm beginning to get worried about my PSU as I keep turning on/off and resetting! Someone please help!

You dont need a jumper to short the CLR CMOS pins, just ground the pins by touching them both with the tip of a screwdriver.

As for your error, it is probably due to flashing with OCed settings. After clearing the bios, remove all but one stick of ram, and see if you can boot.

And keep im mind that your board has a dual bios, so it is pretty hard to brick the board.
