Default How to update bios? hellp

so ive built this new computer and i cant figure out how to update my bios, i dont think i can use the ezbios or whatever its called, and theres no update for it in windows updater like there was on my old computer, i have the update loaded onto my hard drive but cant access it in ezbios, any idea's on how i can get off this 6 month old bios? i want to see if theres any options to better overclock as it wont let me go past 13 multiplier when the mobo states it can support up to x16 so yeah, any help will be given a +rep.

so my cpu cant be overclocked? it wont go over x13 2600Mhz although i managed to use the mobo auto overclock of 10% to crank it up to 2.8ghz and still running 19C idle on stock cooled air.

Either way id still like to update my bios

slight update on the overclock.

Changing the Ht from 200 to 230 gave me an extra 100Mhz per core (than when i was on Asus auto overclock), so im at like 2.98ghz now. BUT if i go any higher than 230HT then the OS wont load, it gets past bios and stuff then just black screen, any suggestions on what to do here? id like to get this up to atleast 3.2Ghz but i dont see how i can with this limited BIOS/Mobo/pile of crap.
