Default Bios Software

I was looking round the net for a bios update for my board and i came a cross this .you have to go through threes step and down load a small winzip file and open it .The end product seem like a cpuz for you bios .What you think www.esupport.com/global/upgade.cfm

Tried to look into it & got this:
