New to Overclock.net

Firstly, I know I just need to buy a better MOBO/CPU/GPU, but I'm poor & would like to squeeze as much out of this HPiece'oCrap as I can. If unlocking tghis is possible, I would greatly appreciate the knowledge on how to do so. The areas that I need to access to increase/decrease my settings are greyed out, & I think I've read somewhere that this can be remedied. Any ideas?

That was built for HP/Compaq and I do not know of sure fire fix.
You could try software OCing like ClockGen.
