Default How To Deflash An Asus Bios

Hey guys,

iam really kinda mad now , since the time i flashed the BIOS my overclock that was stable on primetest for 10 houres is now crashing after i flashed the damn bios ( using ASUS UPDATE ) .However, now i wana deflash to the old bios but it didnt work using ASUS UPDATE because it says the version u got is newer... now Iam trying to deflash it manuly ... i downloaded the file from asus BIOS website ... and it is BIN file 128kb .. i put it on flopy disk and restarted nothing happend .... it keeps sayin take out disk or disk media and press any key to continue :S . Please dont give me the ASUS Guid website cuz it sux cuz i dont understand it and they do not put enuf info..:S . HELP ... pc is crashing all time i cant do nuttin on it .

Well everythin worked in bios and i knew how to creat start up disk etc.. but the downgrade bios file is in bios flash utitlity is not lettin me flash it or downgrade it , any1 how do i downgrade the damn BIOS
