I think there is a washer where the sticker is, you just remove that and voila!

I would look under the sticker and see if there's something that attaches to the fan shaft.

Let me guess--it's on the back of the fan LOL...still gonna have to pull the rad and top panel...Oh well.

Thanks!

I just now changed out the PC Power & Cooling 510 SLI and what a huge difference in noise.

You ever get to the point where the noise of your PC is almost making you homicidal? That was were I was...The Silverstone Zeus 560 is a lot quieter.

So while I had my hands up in there I changed out the Sony tray DVD with the Plextor Slot Loader DVD. I also added two more stealthed fan speed conrollers on the bay side there where the panel hides it and snuck the leads over to the 7800GTs..now everything is about as quiet as it's likely to get.

So now I can actually enjoy sitting here looking at Velocitor without my Shooting Muffs on...

I'll throw some pics up in a bit.

And for no discernable reason I just got a better 3DMark06 score... 6793--I think that might be my top score so far...http://service.futuremark.com/orb/re...=0&UID=7399067

I really want a slot-loading DVD burner, SATA would be par for the course...That'll be my next CD/DVD upgrade....Is yours ATA or SATA?

Default A little entertainment on a rainy day...

ATA--I was not into the $200+ drive thing...yet.

Here's some entertainment for the troops!

Dad knows how to keep everyone happy...

Wiggles!

I want to make a cover plate for all that sphagetti on the bay side.

It only took a few seconds to unplug the PC Power. I tried to wire the case so it would be easy to change stuff out.

Ready for something else..how about a Zeus (gesundheit)

Brand New Sony 18X DVDRAM/DL/RW Reaqlly nice drive--I have tried a few different brands and SOny makes a nice reliable quie ODD. So I'm gonna take this state of the art piece of equipment and fit somehing slower and older...but cooler looking.

the Sticker sez October 2005...damn that's almost obsolete isn't it? Always wanted to try out Plextor--but they are about twice the price of my favorite Sony.

The Slot is nice. It has litle brushes to wipe the microspores off your CD. Too bad this picture is blurry.

Another blurry shot...ths shiny dot on the DVD drive is actually the hole where you put a paperclip to eject a CD if thepower is off or whatever...I guess the flash made it spark up. In regular light the drive is subdued but doesn't quite match the color of the 900. this case would like some custom paint; but that is something I seldom bother with...

Back together and much quieter. The unsheahed cabling was not that big a deal. The Zeus is rock solid. Although the connectors are a bit brittle. the plastic used for the SATA power is pretty fragile--a litle side force will break it and make it useless...Don't ask me how I know.

This is one of those cases that looks best in person. The Camera has a hard time with the UV tube and the Flash takes away the matte of the finsih. The case has a nice matte industrial type black finish that is hard to photograph properly IMO. Even the commercial shots from Antec don't really capture how this case looks. Right now I am sitting here typing this and looking over at the UV bits popping out on the DDFI board--the Primochill glowing through the resevoir from the interior. I am liking it a bunch...

Night Shots coming up next...

Default Faster Than a Conroe with a 7900GTX: Velocitor

WOOOOOHOOOOOO

I want to announce that I have just benched Velocitor against the E6600/P5WDH Deluxe Wifi/7900GTX and won hands down. The Conroe put up a good fight--but at stock settings it only hits 6111 3DMark06. So take that FanBoys.

Next time maybe you should get an X2...and OC the bejabbers out of it...

Nice clear shot this time. I cleaned all the fingerprints off too.

Tearing your PC apart...just for this...well yes actually.

Listening to Roxie Music enhances the effecs of UV lighting...

Just the way I like it...

Loving the overload...

I wish my cam could show you what this really looks like. I am liking that PrimoChill. Coming from Xerex this is a real treat...LOL

Ditto

LanPartay Babay

Love my UV...

Velocitor...faster than a Conroe with a 7900GTX--remember that FanBoys.
