Default I need a 600 and below budget build!

Ok, so heres the scoop. Recently I was going to buy some kids computer, but the extremely kind and wise people of this forum have told me "*** are you doing n00b?!" So, here I am.

I had a build that was pretty good, but the parts are out of stock (some of them) and im pretty down on my luck right now.

So, here it is:
Im a complete noob, and I dont know what to look for when it comes to motherboard \\ RAM \\ gfx cards. I -DO- know that I want a good gaming system with a lot of storage. I was thinking the X2 3600 so I can OC it to death. I want the computer mainly for SC2 and burning DVDs, although I dont need a DVD burner. Now as far as the rest goes, im drawing a blank. My budget is 750, without MIR. I could possibly go a little more if the MIRs are good enough, but im looking at 750$ without MIR. Thanks in advance everyone!@

So, I got my CPU picked out. I just need
Case
PSU
RAM
GFX (i want a 8800 gts. Almost a must have really.)
HDD
Mobo

Well, and 8800 GTS is nearly half of your budget on one component... But I'm sure someone can get an almost compelte rig for $300...

Well this is pretty much the best I could do considering your budget. I know it's not under $750 before shipping and you don't want to have to rely on the MIR's, but once you get the MIR's, it'll be under $750 shipped. So here you go and hopefully you are happy with what I picked out.

EDIT: You may be asking why I didn't get the OEM version of the 3600+ x2 is because newegg does not have those in stock atm and they are a couple of dollars cheaper and don't include the hsf.
