Hi excuse my bad English but i broke my arm and it is hard to type. Hi this could be very fan boyish but I'm going on to the spider platform(if all funds come though) with a case mod and a water cooled loop. I will slowly be building The system between now and February and the base computer will properly cost me around $2,000 NZ. If I'm lucky i will be getting some parts in The States When my dad goes over there.

So this is what i plan on Building.

MSI K9A2 Platinum
Don't know For water Yet
Umm PSU I don't know How many Watts/Amps And would like modular
Case Something Big enough to have 4 3870's
HDD 2 160GB 7200.10 in Raid
Video Card I will Buy one Then Slowly add 3 more so i will Have 4 about March
Edit Sore forgot about Ram 2x2gb Reaper DDr2 1066

Could You help with this build i would greatly appreciate if no flaming went on i have thought about what i want very well and have made this choice

Thank you in Advance

You'd be better off with 4GB of RAM these days: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231145

Or since you don't need much FSB with a multiplier that high, the 3-3-3-8 timings are tempting on these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820141241

And maybe a single 500GB HDD, the 7200.11 series is the fastest 7200rpm now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...88&Tpk=7200.11

4x 3870's? That PSU will not be enough.....1KW for that sort of GPU setup

Sounds like a awsome build but is 4x 3870s really necessary? I mean Crossfire isn't fully supported in every game yet~! Plus do games even support Quad Crossfire?

Those cards don't use much power. If a Corsair 620W can handle GTX SLI then the SS 750W would be good for 4x 3870's.
