Cpu: Get AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+ instead. It is based on the latest revision , G2, so it's gonna overclock like mad.
Ram: Ballistix is fully compatible with your mobo.
Gpu: Get 8600 GTS at least

Thanks for the info i wish it was compatible however as said earlier my motherboard only supports 1.95v and that is 2.2v. I found that Cosair do one that is comaptible. Also i have decided that I'm still getting a 5200+ as my friend has the same board and it is not very good at overclocking(aparently) also i am not really comfortable doing it.That graphics card SZayat linked to looks great so I will buy that one or something simmilar.

Anytime m8

Nice find on the Corsair TwinX RAM.

I believe that your mobo is good enough to overclock X2 4400+ to ~3Ghz. And BTW it has almost similar overclocking limit as the 5200+, so you'll be saving money.

You'll find many helpful fellow members willing to show you the real power of overclocking. So reconsider .

On the side note, Please use better grammer .

You got to achieve it to believe it.....
No... wait.
You got to believe it to achieve it.....
Oh crap, I am so confused...

At any rate that should be done easily enough. I also concur with the idea of getting a better video card. I think you should in fact invest in something better, so a year or two down the road you will still be able to do your moderate gaming you want to. If you go too cheap it will be dated before you get your use out of it. Look at getting a ATI Radeon 3850 256MB, and if you can swing it a 512MB version. The investment will not be that much more and dividends will be much greater.

I was not thinking of doing sli on my computer so I will defenitely consider the ati card that you mentioned. Also are the speed's I mentioned possible with the stock heatsink? Also I have orderd my ram which is 2x1Gb Cosair As those I said about before sya preorder instead of buy and these are cheaper and work at 1.9v
