Make sure your memory is fully seated in their respective Dimms.

I reset the CMOS by moving the pin things and nothing works... I don't know what the problem is, the only time my moniter turns from standby is when i turn the system off, then it turns on then back to stanby. What to do?

To clear the CMOS you have to unplug your computer, move your pins, remove the battery, leave it out for around 5 minutes, move the pins back, reinstall the battery and plug your computer back in. Was your memory fully seated? You have to give it quite a bit of pressure at times to get them fully seated.

If your memory is fully seated, try the other set of Dimms. If that fails try one stick of memory at a time in the primary slot. Could possibly be a faulty memory module.
